Customer Reviews

"Prompt greeting and sitting, clean restaurant and restrooms, and incredibly excellent service. My wife got the Macho burrito, I got the Colorado burrito. The little kids got the grilled cheese kids meals and the big kid got a carne asada torta. 10/10 across the board. The torta was a little on the wet side, but it stayed together enough to smash it out."

"Excellent authentic Mexican food. Huge portions, great staff and atmosphere. I could only finish half the burrito and I'm a big guy!"

"We are from Chicago on a road trip. In the past, when we go to Mexican restaurants outside of the Chicago area, we tend to be disappointed. However, this place was absolutely amazing! From the decor to their salsas (ranging from "tex-mex" to spicy!) to their food - simply WOW. We hope to be back again."

"Driving through town and decided to stop by here. Friendly employees. Beautiful decoration. Great music selection We ordered food for 6 people. Table had chips & salsa. The salsa was good. 2 kids meals. One was grilled cheese & other was a burrito. Wouldn't recommend the grilled cheese. I returned it because it was dry, hard, and only has 1 piece of cheese. My toddler didn't like it at all. The kids burrito my 3 yr old seemed to enjoy it. We ordered chicken. I ordered the flautas. I only ate 1. They were hard. The rice & beans are phenomenal. I'm very picky and loved them . Hubby ordered the Mexican burrito and loved it. My son ordered the guac burger and loved that as well. My daughter didn't like her burrito she said it was soggy. I ordered a sangria and didn't like it at all. It was watered down. Server came by once to check on us but I had to wave someone down for a refill. I think this place has potential . I would visit again."

"I've had a lot of Mexican food, but this was probably the best I've ever had. I thought it was expensive until they brought out more food than I eat in a day. Best restaurant ever"

"I'm from Southwest Detroit, AKA Mexican town. I have high expectations when I go to Mexican restaurants. I'm telling you - this place is legit authentic. I was blown away at how fresh everything tasted. Honestly, I wondered if they had a farm out back because the freshness is top notch. We placed a to-go order to make tracks. I called, the guy answered & sadly my phone signal dropped in the middle of my order. I called back a few minutes later & got the same guy - he couldn't have been any kinder. He was super polite, professional, & understanding. When I arrived, I was greeted with more smiles & friendliness from other staff members. Our food was hot and the chips tasted like they were made that morning. They were warm & delicious. I highly recommend this place. If I'm ever in the area again, I absolutely will add this to my route."
